What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything via CSV at any time — your data is always yours.
Does multi-location support cost extra?
Multi-location support is included in the Essentials plan at $159/month. Manage multiple restaurants under one account with no per-location fees. The Basic plan covers a single location.
How long does setup take?
Most operators are up and running in under 30 minutes. Import your existing inventory via CSV or build it manually. Your team gets access via a shareable invite link — no IT department required.
Can I invite my manager or staff?
Yes. Invite as many team members as you need. Each person gets a role — Owner, Admin, Manager, or Staff — that controls what they can see and do. The full audit log tracks every change.
Can I cancel anytime?
